30-day returns

• Return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Opened or used items may be eligible for partial refunds subject to inspection.

How to start a return

1. Email support@123printerssetup.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll provide an RMA and instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
